Welcome!

This site was created for family, friends and the photo community to see my work and answer the often asked question, “What have you been doing?”

Over the past several years I have made a concerted effort through both workshops and working road trips to improve my photographic skills.

The best advice I ever received toward this goal came from my friends and mentors Randy Efros and Kim Weston: select one camera format and build a body of work. Following their advice most of the images presented here were taken with a medium format camera. My equipment has since expanded to include 4x5 and 8x10 view cameras.

All film and the resulting gelatin silver prints are processed in my darkroom. The prints are mounted to acid free mat board and signed.

A photographer’s experience, skill and eye are constantly evolving, so check the site periodically for new work. I hope you enjoy what I have seen.
